Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is the child of Mahendru, who has a Russian Indian mother and an Afghan Hindu father. Mahendru is fluent of German Russian and English and additionally speaks French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father and mother of a Russian mom. She developed choreography that gained her the privilege of appearing on German TV as an Russian snowmaiden, who then transformed into a Indian dancer. She graduated from high school at the age of 11 in New York before earning a Bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. Then in NYC, she studied acting in the HB studio. Then she enrolled at the Groundlings School and took up various projects. The actress was born in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). Her parents separated at the age of 13 older and they moved into East Meadow New York with her father.She stars alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell in FX's The Americans. She is best known as the ex- KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. Her most well-known role is the roles she has played on Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
